For Pinterest pin templates, I use free templates from LoveFamilyHealth Blog and also from SimplifyingDIYDesign blog.
Both ladies have very good templates.

Thanks so much Buayifa! I made that change on the cookie blocker – so thank you for that! Regarding RPM, She Media said time of month can make a difference and seasonal interests of advertisers. Week days and end of the month typically have higher RPMs due to advertiser’s spend strategies so I’ll wait it out and see their tips/tricks post.

May I ask for your pinterest strategy, did you enroll into a course? With the constant changing rules, it is hard to keep up and wondering if I should take a course to nail it.

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog income report.
The RPM increase must be because I disabled the Adsense code after I joined She Media, and they audited my blog and optimized the ads.
It might also be because I published a lot of posts in December, changed my pinning strategy and I guess my traffic kinda grew.
You can contact customer care to help you out.
Also, be on the lookout for their emails and tips, some of those tips have really helped me.
I checked your blog, your cookies policy is blocking one of your highest paying ads, the one at the bottom of your page.
Move the cookies policy to the top or side of your page.
