I’m not sure why Mercari flags your ads.
Write it in your profile and the listing ad if you sell bundles.
Don’t tell buyers to come to other marketplaces; it would get you flagged.
Also, if you add a listing with a ridiculous price and ask buyers to contact you for the price, your ad will be flagged.

What you can do is use the Pic Collage app to make collages of the cards and upload them.
Then the buyer can give just one 5 star rating.

If the buyer already purchased an item and now wants to add something else to make a bundle, tell them to cancel from their end. That way the cancellation won’t be on your side, and your account won’t be flagged. Besides, if you cancel, and your reason is for creating bundles, then your account won’t be flagged that you cancel a lot. So you can go ahead and cancel and create a bundle for the buyer, or tell the customer to cancel and their reason would be “buying bundle”, something like that.

I have buyer that already purchased and now wants to add something else so that’s one ship but I don’t want a cancellation and actually I’m not seeing it there like it used to be. Help

I understand your frustration. Mercari customer service can be annoying.
What you can do is rate all the things you bought in that single listing. Then message the seller and let them know the situation. So they’d understand you’re not just taking your time to rate, that the problem is from Mercari.
I’m sure they’d understand.
Also, to avoid this kind of mix-up next time, ask the seller for a bundle.

Hi Heather. This is a funny situation.
Okay, you can message the first buyer that the item is no longer available, then cancel the order. Then create a bundle for the second customer.
The only problem is that after several cancelations, Mercari will flag your store as a seller that always cancels orders.

Hi Nilda, if a buyer has purchased the items, message them to ask if they want a bundle. They would likely say “yes” because they want to receive everything in one box. Then ask them to cancel the orders, so that you can combine the shipping for them. Once the order is canceled, the “sold” sign would disappear. Now you can deactivate the listings, and create a new one with all the purchased items for them. I hope this helps. xx, Buayifa.

Hi Tiff. If your customer has already bought stuff and now wants a bundle, you can tell them to cancel the order. Then if Mercari asks her why, she would say because she wants to bundle. Just make sure you are with your phone, so that you can accept the cancelation and create the bundle afterwards. That way the cancelation wouldn’t be on you, of which it is for good reason. I hope this is clear.

If a customer adds your listing to their shopping cart, they are just saving it for later.
They may or may never purchase it.
But a customer that really wants a bundle would chat you up to create a bundle for them.
