How To Use The Free Printable Sales Tracker
You can use this sales tracker to follow your sales on Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, and even Facebook Marketplace.
Because it is lined, your entries are more organized and easy to follow.
And you have up to 22 lines and 10 columns to work with.
Follow the steps below to use your sales tracker efficiently.
- # – to number your listings.
- Date: the date you listed your item.
- Price – your listing price.
- Price sold – how much you sold the item, in case you gave the buyer a discount.
- Shipping – enter “free shipping” or the shipping cost if the customer paid.
- Selling fees – how much Mercari takes from your sales.
- Profit – the profit you made after paying Mercari selling fees.
- Date sold – the date you sold the item. This is very useful when checking your cash transfers from Mercari to your bank account.
- Total – enter your profit in that slot.
If you sold several items as a bundle, list out the items, and enter the total.

Mercari Buyer Review: How It Works, The Buyers’ Perspective.
Hi, my name is Margo and I sell on Mercari. I was wondering if you could explain what it means to share your listing. Where does it go and does it help you with sales. Also how do you use hash tags and if so how do you use it and why. I appreciate your help.
Hi Margo.
When sharing your listing on Mercari, you can choose either Pinterest or Twitter, if you have those accounts.
The other options are not really important, to me.
I can’t say for sure if sharing guarantees more sales but it’s better than not sharing at all.
As for hashtags, I usually add them under item description and also in the hashtag space on Mercari.
When using hashtags under the item description, make sure to add the kind of item, the brand, etc.
For example, 5T boys clothes, brand: Gap; so your hashtags under items description can be
#boysclothes #gapkids #toddlerboyclothes #oldnavykids. You can add some popular brand name hashtags for exposure.
Then use three regular hashtags where Mercari specified hashtags.
