Do you like Greek yogurt?

Hi friend.

Do you like yogurt?

How about Greek yogurt?

Well, I love plain Greek yogurt, and sometimes I top it with honey for a sweet treat.

Yum!

But did you know you can also use Greek yogurt to make DIY face masks?

Last week I used plain Greek yogurt as a face mask.

Yeah, that’s me with yogurt on my face.

Today, I mixed 1 tsp of honey with 2 tsp of Greek yogurt to make a hydrating face mask.

But before you apply this Greek yogurt mask to your face, make sure to wash and exfoliate your skin.

My favorite face scrub is coffee and honey.

Mix 1 tbsp of coffee grounds with equal parts honey and exfoliate your face.

Pat dry, then use only Greek yogurt as a mask, or make the honey Greek yogurt mask instead.

Let the mask sit on your skin for several minutes before you rinse with water.

And remember to use a face moisturizer afterward.

So that’s my newfound homemade skin care recipe I’m really loving.

Thanks.

Enjoy the rest of the day.

See you next week!

Yours truly,

Bree.

Do you like the Fall season?
It’s when you get the best at-home sugar waxing.
As your skin is less oily.
Which means the sugar wax can stick to the hair and remove unwanted hairs quickly.
Unlike during summer, when your skin is more oily than usual.
And talking about sugar waxing, I copied this Sugar Wax without Lemon Recipe from the blog.
